2 Bedroom Cabin in Guntersville

Located on Lake Shore Island on Guntersville Lake. Great for fishermen, hunters, golfers and families. There are 2 rentals on the island. The other is Lake Shore Island Cottage 3704980 if you have a large group.
Two bedrooms, two baths, kitchenette (NO STOVE) and living room in downstairs private apartment. Master bedroom sleeps 4 - king size bed and couch (opens to full size bed). Second bedroom sleeps two in queen size bed. Living room has sleeper couch (opens to full size bed) and 48" flat screen Smart TV. Kitchenette has full size fridge, (no stove) the microwave is also a convection oven and air fryer, toaster oven, coffee maker, griddle, crock pot, and toaster. The dining table (expands to seat 8).
Two double sliding doors open to views of lake. The large covered patio has a 6 burner outdoor grill and is propane and there is always an extra tank on hand. There is an outdoor dining table and additional seating. Relax around the large stone fire pit and toast marshmallows with the provided ingredients. Deer often come around the cabin in the evenings and bald eagles fly around the island.
There is a view of the lake and a boat launch and fishing pier across the street. Secure boat parking with electrical hookups on site.
Only 1 mile across the bridge from the cabin is City Harbor and downtown. The Harbor has a bar and restaurants and Home Re-decor. Downtown has Moody Brews Coffee Shop restaurants, 412 Downtown is a local bar and lots of shops! Fants is a clothing, furniture and consignment shop.

Summary: Right across the street from boat landing .Very clean extremely comfortable beds . Good access to power to charge batteries. Eat close access to town. Would most definitely stay here again.

Summary: For a quiet relaxing getaway for two or a fun family vacation, this is a great choice and Mary is the hostess with the mostest!! Tucked away at the top of the hill off the highway, it is surrounded with natures beauty. Mary prepared the fire pit with firewood and even the fixings for s’mores! We were warmly welcomed with homemade Amish bread and some snacks and drinks. Lots of indoor and outdoor games to play, books to read, and a boat ramp just across the street. It’s a nice spot to stay if you’re heading to Guntersville and Mary is an excellent host!

Summary: We had a wonderful time during our weekend away from home. The check in process was very easy, the property was very clean, and completely ready for us upon arrival. The host made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great suggestions on restaurants in the area. Our stay was stress free from beginning to end!

Summary: My 16 year old son and I don’t get to spend a a lot of time one on one because of schedules with school, work and everyday life so we scheduled a fishing trip to Guntersville and we loved the time we got to share together. Mary is an awesome host and she is very hospitable with her time and and her families property right there on Guntersville. It was a totally relaxing experience and the accommodations were warm, comfortable and inviting. I will going back with my wife next time just to look around more and enjoy the privacy of this location. Wonderful experience Ms. Mary!!
